How the fuck did tits evolve?
Mammals, that is
I get the eye
A section of more light sensitive flesh
that let some long ago beastie be aware
of some other beastie trying to eat it
so it lived and bred
and the flesh got more sensitive to light
eventually becoming an eye.
But how did something go from laying an egg
to a uterus and umbilical cord and milk producing breasts?
Maybe some sort of egg kept in a little longer..
the shell becoming the womb
But that still seems a much more drastic leap
evolutionary
somewhere in the chain
than could be explained with simple random mutations
producing better survivability and likelihood of gene progression.
Good thing there is the internet to answer such deep questions
